Intro Lafayette - Summer Session

This year's Summer Session of Intro Lafayette will be held at One Acadiana located at 523 Jefferson Street, Lafayette, LA 70501.

Registration is $300 for the single-day session. LIA Members receive a discounted rate of $275.

Intro Lafayette is an intensive, single-day civic-leadership opportunity designed to activate a network of knowledgeable, engaged citizens.

Intro Lafayette programming includes presentations, discussions, tours, and activities where participants will have the opportunity to hear from local business, civic and community leaders on the past, present and future potential of our region.

What to Expect:

This program hosts several knowledgeable guest speakers throughout the day, concluding with a Downtown Walking Tour and Debrief. The session topics often include: Local Government, Economic Development, Education, A Brief History of Lafayette, and more.

The day will include light breakfast and coffee, and lunch.
