Summary

LIA's Leading Over Lunch series tracks the program day of the month that Leadership Lafayette is focused on. In April, the topic is Follow the Money: Lafayette Economics.

Description

This month's Leading Over Lunch focuses on how the Legacy Institute for Economic Attainment helps ignite an entrepreneurial fire in some of Acadiana's youngest community members. The non-profit's mission statement is to increase the intergenerational mobility within families living in economically under-resourced communities by teaching financial literacy and entrepreneurship, primarily to youth and adults.

Corey Jack, Founder and Executive Director, will provide insight into what the Institute does, how it is done, and the impact that it makes on Lafayette's economy. Corey is an alumni of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXI.

Tickets cost $20 and include a light lunch. Seats are limited.
